Sylvester Zach, popularly known as Uncle Syl is one of the
leading talented, fast rising artist, singer, songwriter, music director and
voice trainer who was born in lagos state, Nigeria.
Uncle syl who was born 1989 is an indigene of Ikeduru Local
Government, Imo state.
The development of his unique style is as a result of a
lifetime of musical influence. Growing up in a talented musical family meant
that he was surrounded by different
forms of music.
His mother was a full time lead singer with various gospel
bands. His parent exposed him to a wealth of music as a child, all of which
influenced his music development.
His first foray into learning a musical instrument himself
came when he started playing the drums
at the age of five.
After realizing that making music was his main goal, he
began to showcase his talent in various venues across Nigeria, playing and
singing at numerous gigs and making sure that his name and music were being
heard by numerous people.
He was quickly noticed for the unique style that he brought
to the Nigeria music scene, and his popularity began to grow. Since then he has
released numerous singles of different genres portraying his versatility in his
music giftings.
